Campari
0.5 oz.
Rose Syrup
0.5 oz.
Lemon Juice
0.5 oz.
Lime Juice

Peach Bitters

Chill your cocktail glass in the freezer or simply add ice to it. In a shaker, add the lemon juice and the lime juice, the rose syrup, «the egg yolk», the Campari, the Calvados and the bitters. Dry Shake for about 10 seconds. Next, add ice to your shaker and shake again 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into frosted glass. Garnish with a few rosebuds.
